What You Need to Get Started (Not Included):

  • LiPo Battery: For maximum performance, Traxxas recommends one 4-cell (4S), 14.8 V Power Cell LiPo battery. A 3-cell (3S), 11.1 V LiPo battery can also be used, with reduced performance. NiMH batteries are not supported.
  • Charger: The Traxxas EZ-Peak® Live charger (2971) is recommended for easy and fast charging.
  • Transmitter Batteries: Four AA alkaline batteries are required for the transmitter.
